Rediet Abebe is Assistant Professor of Computer Science at the University of California, Berkeley, Junior Fellow at the Harvard Society of Fellows, and cofounder of Mechanism Design for Social Good and Black in AI. She also cofounded and serves as Program Chair for the Association for Computing Machinery Conference on Equity and Access in Algorithms, Mechanisms, and Optimization in October 2021.
