Alfredo Véa Jr. is a Mexican-Yaqui-Filipino-American lawyer and novelist who has written four novels: La MaravillaThe Silver Cloud CaféGods Go Begging, which the Los Angeles Times named one of the best books of 1999, and The Mexican Flyboy, which won a 2017 American Book Award.
