Graciana del Castillo is the author of Rebuilding War-Torn States (Oxford, 2008) and of Guilty Party: The International Community in Afghanistan (forthcoming, 2014). She was Senior Research Scholar, Adjunct Professor of Economics, and Associate Director of the Center of Capitalism and Society at Columbia University.
