Pamela Ronald is Professor in the Department of Plant Pathology and the Genome Center at the University of California, Davis. With her husband R. W. Adamchak, an organic farmer, she coauthored Tomorrow’s Table: Organic Farming, Genetics and the Future of Food. Her research is funded by the NSF, NIH, USDA, DOE, and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. She receives no funding from Monsanto.
